City & Guilds 是全球最具權威的職業國際認證機構之一，創立於 1878 年，並於 1900 年獲英國皇家特許狀。它是一個非牟利慈善團體，致力推動職業教育與技能評核，至今已服務超過 100 個國家、8,500 個授權中心，每年有過百萬人次報名參加各項考核。

IVQ UK
國際認可職業資格架構（IVQ）
City & Guilds 所頒授的國際職業資格（IVQ），涵蓋不同國際認證 工作的專業技能，讓學員能循序漸進地從初級技能，到中高層管理能力逐步提升。
● IVQ Level 1 – 3：初級及技術型技能，適合行業入門或實習應用
● IVQ Level 4 – 8（高等資格）：針對在職人士、主管、企業培訓師等職場領袖而設，重視實務經驗與工作表現，等同學術上的副學士至碩博士水平
- Fellowship (FCGl)
The highest level of professional achievement - Membership(MCGl) Strategic management/ Chartered Professional Level/ NQF7
- Graduateship (GCGl)
- Middle management/ NQF6
- Licentiateship (LCGl) Supervisory/ Junior management/ NQF4
IVQ – 國際職業資格 (InternationalVocational Qualifications)
NVQ – 英國國家職業資格 (NationalVocational Qualifictaions)
NQF – 英國國家資歷架構 (National Qualifications Framework of England, Wales and Northern Ireland)
City & Guilds 高等資格（Senior Awards）
City & Guilds 為專業人士設計的高等資格，共分為四個等級：
● LCGI（Level 4）：基層主管、技術管理
● GCGI（Level 6）：中層管理、項目主管
● MCGI（Level 7）：策略管理層、導師級別
● FCGI（Level 8）：業界領袖、專業榮譽銜
